Desideria Consulting is a local company specialising in the management and hospitality of holiday apartments in Gran Canaria.
We have been working in the island’s tourism sector for 10 years, taking care of apartments, guests, and everything that helps make a stay truly enjoyable.
We live in Gran Canaria, and this work is part of our everyday life. That’s why, to us, hosting is about much more than simply handing over the keys to an apartment. It means welcoming people, taking care of their experience, and making sure they can enjoy their holiday to the fullest.

We are not focused on managing as many apartments as possible. We focus on truly knowing the properties we manage.
We are an independent company and choose to keep our portfolio relatively small so that we can give each property the attention it deserves. We know our apartments, follow how they evolve over time, and are constantly looking for ways to improve them.
For us, every home has its own characteristics, personality, and needs. That’s why we believe good management starts with knowing the property and taking care of it properly.
Every apartment we manage is first and foremost a home, and as such, it deserves attention, care, and respect.

For us, cleanliness is one of the most important parts of hospitality, along with tidiness, well-kept spaces, and those small details that can make a difference when you first walk through the door.
That’s why we work with a cleaning team that we know and trust. They share our approach to work: attentive, reliable, and aware of how important their role is. Their commitment is an essential part of the experience we want to offer our guests.
We’re not looking for apartments that only look perfect in photos. We want them to be comfortable, welcoming, and make people feel at ease from the moment they open the door.

Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting people from many different countries and backgrounds.
We’ve learned that every guest has different needs, habits, and expectations. What never changes is the way we treat people: with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
Before the stay, throughout the holiday, and right up until departure, we aim to be there whenever needed and respond to requests with care and attention.
Whenever possible, we enjoy meeting our guests in person. Sometimes, a simple conversation when they arrive is all it takes to make a stay feel more personal.
And when a guest returns to Gran Canaria and chooses one of our apartments again, it’s one of the most rewarding things for us. It means they found more than just a place to stay, they felt comfortable with the people who welcomed them.

Diego personally oversees many aspects of the management and maintains a direct relationship with both guests and property owners. Alongside him is a network of people and trusted collaborators who share the same care and attention for the work we do and the properties entrusted to us.
Everyone contributes, through their own work, to creating the experience we want to offer.
